 John Quaif (Director)
John is our 'Investment & Pension Specialist' and started working in the financial sector in 1983 and during this time has worked for Nat West Bank and Bradford & Bingley. He has been an Independent Financial Adviser since 1995 and as a married man with a young family, knows all about the need to make one's money work as hard as possible.
He understands that the best way for clients to prepare for their financial future is by consulting someone with both experience, and the ability to explain the sometimes complex solutions available in the financial market in a way that all of us can understand.
John says:

Chris Croake (Director)
Chris is our 'mortgage specialist' and has been a successful adviser for a number of years. He has gained a wide level of knowledge and experience working for several large financial institutions before choosing to specialise in the mortgage and protection market. Many people will know him best from his most recent role as the mortgage consultant at Morris Dibben in Southampton.
Chris says:

Lee Harris (Financial Consultant)
Lee is our Financial Consultant and has a wealth of experience, having been working in the industry since 1997. Like all of our advisors he has worked for a number of large companies, such as Bradford and Bingley and Bristol and West.

Ian Ambrose (Mortgage Consultant)
Ian is our mortgage consultant, and has accrued a vast degree of knowledge of this area, having provided mortgage advice since 1987. He was an Independent Financial Adviser for a number of years, and has also worked for Countrywide and Lloyds TSB.

Christopher Mottola (Mortgage Consultant)
Christopher has been providing Mortgage and Financial Advice since 1997. He began his career with Britannic Assurance, before moving to Bradford and Bingley. Here he worked as an Independent Financial Adviser, before deciding to specialize in the Mortgage and Protection market.
Christopher says:

Iain's career in financial services began in 1992, as a consultant for Prudential. Since then he has worked for the Yorkshire Building Society, Halifax and also Bradford & Bingley, where he was both a Branch Manager and then an Independent Financial Adviser, specialising in mortgages and protection.
Iain says:

Ben Kany (Mortgage Consultant)
Ben has worked within the mortgage and home finance industry since 2001, when he started working for The Abbey. Ben's extensive knowledge of the mortgage market stems from time spent advising other mortgage brokers on how to place some of their most difficult cases. Ben has also worked at Countrywide, prior to joining Choice Financial Solutions.

Kim Dickinson (Mortgage Consultant)
Kim started her journey as a mortgage advisor in 1999, while working for Your Move. Since then she has moved to working as an independent adviser, able to offer advice from the whole of the mortgage market.
